Position Available: Lead Financial Analyst
Location: Remote; Sri Lanka
Hours: Full-time - 5:30am - 1:30pm, IST Colombo time

Are you a Finance Professional who enjoys transforming data into meaningful business insights?

We’re looking for a finance professional to analyze performance, develop forecasting models, and provide strategic insights that support growth across our SDA, Disability Services, Community Care, and NDIS businesses. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive informed decision-making and business performance.

Your main responsibilities & experience:

  • Financial Modelling & Analysis - Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models using advanced Excel capabilities, including forecasting models, three-way financial models, cash flow projections, and discounted cash flow (DCF) valuations to support strategic planning and business decision-making. 
  • Management Reporting & Insights - Prepare accurate financial reports, month-end analyses, and management dashboards. Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations that support business performance and enable both internal and external stakeholders to make informed decisions. 
  • Stakeholder Communication & Presentation - Create professional PowerPoint presentations, board packs, and reporting materials that clearly communicate financial results, business trends, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Business Performance & Advisory - Utilize strong knowledge of key financial metrics including profitability, ROI, ROE, liquidity, leverage, working capital, and cash flow management to evaluate business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • CFO Advisory Collaboration - Partner with the CFO advisory team across a portfolio of clients, providing commercial and financial support to help businesses improve performance, manage risk, and achieve strategic objectives.

What your profile will look like:

  • Must have – 3–5 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a senior, lead or a managerial role.
  • Must have – Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, PivotTables, complex formulas, and large data analysis, along with hands-on experience using Xero, and the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Must have – Strong communication skills: fluent written and oral English, with the ability to present financial information effectively to stakeholders.
  • Must have – Strong Internet Connection: stable fiber connectivity with a minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps.
  • Preferred - Hands-on experience in Fathom HQ is an added advantage
  • Preferred - Previous work experience with AU Clients is an added advantage
  • Preferred - Previous work in feasibility studies and business acquisition and valuations
